Platform Description
XYZ Services Inc. operates a platform that connects customers with property-related service providers. We facilitate the request and coordination process but are not directly responsible for the execution of services by independent vendors.
Service Requests
Submitting a service request or quote request does not constitute a binding agreement. Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual project scope. Services are confirmed only when explicitly agreed by all parties.
Vendor Applications
Submission of a vendor application does not guarantee approval. XYZ Services Inc. reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its discretion.
User Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and not misuse or disrupt the service.
Limitation of Liability
XYZ Services Inc. provides the platform on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
